Description

Pan Adami MTP 6040 Automatic Cutting Cakes Machine allows cutting cakes that contains: sponge cake, soft dough, whipped cream, cooked or cold cream, dried, candied or raw fruits, mousse, nuts, chocolate, ganache cream, cream cheese, fillers, jams and other similar fillings.

Key features
– The obtained surface after cutting is smooth and uniform.
– The cutting process is made with two blades with a back and forth movement.
– Cutting blades are made from stainless steel and with the possibility of being heated (the temperature of the blades depends on the cake/product)
– The cleaning process of the blades is running after every cutting operation, through a system of air injection
– Stainless steel removable containers, for the recovery remnants that remains on cutting blades The possibility of adjusting the speed on lowering the blades, according to the consistentcy of the product
– Mitsubishi touch screen control panel, with 30 working programs for round cakes and 30 working programs for rectangular cakes
– Automatic alignment of the table in the feeding/start position
– Automatic rotation of the table during the cutting cycle
– Automatic oiling of the pneumatic system that ensures the movement of ascent / descent of the blades and the cleaning system
– The working perimeter protection is secured by safety barriers 
– Product meets the requirements of the applicable EC directives
