Continuous moisture through dynamic steam – As the name suggests, the new added ‘dynamic steam’ dynamically cycles the steam into the baking chamber. It initially floods the oven with full steam as usual, and then continuously keeps the moisture level high by adding gentle steam pulses throughout the baking process. This ensures back excellence and, incidentally, also saves precious energy.
Weathers every storm with optional dynamic air flap control – Weather conditions affect every chimney and with it, every baking result. The optional dynamic air flap control makes your MIWE condo immune to weather conditions. It makes baking results impervious to the fluctuating weather conditions and current air pressure, ensuring a significant improvement in consistency. This also contributes to improved baking results for many baked goods in general. Bread rolls, for example, benefit from a better shine and beautiful bloom.
Precision steam performance – An outstanding oven as it should be: every deck of the MIWE condo is equipped with its own steam device. Combined with the fast-acting temperature sensor and new flow limiter, even smoother steaming is possible with extended moisture levels. Moisture loss is also avoided through better utilisation of the water introduced and there are also noticeable energy savings.
For genuine stone-baked bread – The decks of the MIWE condo are equipped with robust stone plates. That has not only thermal advantages – the bread you bake in this oven can be advertised and sold as genuine “stone-oven bread”.
Putting your baked goods in the right light – The LED lighting in the MIWE condo provides an evenly bright, realistic and pleasantly tempered light right into the furthest corner of the oven. This way you will be able to perfectly judge the degree of browning of your baked goods. The lighting also saves on power, is particularly durable and easy to maintain.
Baking beyond the standard – The new manual mode on the MIWE condo e+ makes baking now even easier for true individualists. In contrast to much appreciated operation via tried and tested baking programmes, the manual mode gives ambitious bakers full control. That’s why we like to call it the artisan mode.

Online in no time – It is exactly as simple as it sounds: you simply connect a network cable to the oven and the control unit takes care of the rest (configuring the IP address, network masks, etc.). For security and clear identification, our systems are also equipped with a certificate, meaning that nothing stands in the way of logging into the MIWE Bakery Cloud.
