The more flexible way to bake: MIWE variobake – We push the system boundaries. With a whole new, far more precise and flexible control system for energy transfer in the oven. Stepless adjustment and supported by the intelligent MIWE TC control, it offers much more sensitive control of the burner capacity. It bakes at a gentle, medium or aggressive level as desired. It delivers unimagined possibilities for baking characteristics and improved batch-after-batch enjoyment.

Water savings, energy savings, perfect bakes – Hard to believe: Water drainage will no longer be necessary in future with the MIWE ideal e+. A completely newly developed steam device is making that possible. In other words, the exact amount of water that is necessary is evaporated. No more, no less. Optimisations and a new position for the pressure relief channel also ensure even more uniform and efficient steam distribution.

Top energy performer – Everything about the MIWE ideal e+ is designed for utmost energy efficiency. From optimized heat transfer through individually controllable and also individually switchable heating circuits, to improved insulation, optimized steam system and reduced burner performance, making this MIWE ideal e+ the most economical one MIWE has ever produced.

For genuine stone-baked bread – In the MIWE ideal e+, baking is done on a stone slab. That is why the bread baked in it can be called “stone-baked bread”. Optionally, we also offer oven decks completely lined with stone or steel slabs.

Making a lot of things easier: draw-plate oven decks – On request, we offer the MIWE ideal e+ with up to three self-supporting, stable draw-plate oven decks. Because we want to make baking easier.

Effective approach to rationalisation – Wherever process rationalisation and automation are required, the MIWE athlet automatic loading system is the ideal addition to the MIWE ideal e+.
