Sandwich
Sandwiches have varieties such as open, closed and rolls. Bread varieties such as white, rye, whole wheat, whole grain, lavash, tortilla, Focaccia and French bread are commonly used in sandwiches. Modified atmosphere packaging is the most widely used packaging technique for sandwiches. The perfect sandwich is bread consisting of vegetables, sliced cheese or meat, placed on or between slices of bread, or more generally any dish wherein bread serves as a container or wrapper for another food type.
