The lifter and dumper is designed to lift and tilt to empty the bowl of spiral mixers. The lifter is dedicated to working with specified types of bowls. The lifting zone is protected by a safety frame with a micro switch, and easy and safe remote-controlled operation. Tipping height adjusted to dough divider model – to be agreed on order. The bowl lifter has sensors for correct bowl position check. Tipping direction right or left – to be specified on order. Limit switch for upper and lower spiral mixer bowl position. Tipper housing is made of high-quality stainless steel. Maintenance-free by using high quality, increase durability bearings.
The bowl lifter is widely used in the bakery sector to lift removable bowls and tip them into the hopper. Lifter-tipper can be designed to any removable bowl on the market, discharge on requested height.
