Fully automated proofing unit MIWE GVA e+ effortlessly masters the temperature range from -20 °C to +40 °C and actively controls a humidity range of up to 98% RH. It allows process-precision and automatic proofing, proofing retardation, fast cooling, proofing interruption or hardening in freely selectable time segments. Of course, it is also suitable for freezing and long-term storage. And, if required, you can monitor and control everything remotely.
Technologically refined – The integrated fan control that can be regulated individually for every process step improves enzymatic development of your dough pieces – for better flavour and more volume. Also included: the active moistening system that provides the chosen quantity of steam immediately at any time. That not only improves your products, it also makes for smooth processes.
Ready for the future today – With its modern touch control system MIWE TC, you can conveniently define up to eight process steps and access them reliably with the MIWE GVA e+. That makes even complex process sequences easy to manage. It is also network capable, so that you can remotely monitor, store and manage all process data if necessary.
Hygienically impressive – The interior fittings and the slip-proof base pan are optionally available in easy-to-clean and hygienic stainless steel. Stainless steel versions of the standard white coated fronts are also available.
Role model for energy, hence: e+ – Efficient LED lighting is one thing. Modern EC fans and electronic expansion valves are another. Technically, that allows minor overheating to be applied, which dries out the product less and more importantly saves precious energy day for day. From the start, the 80 mm thick continuous insulation prevents cold bridges and loss of energy. Even more economical: the (optional) equipment with 100 mm thick insulation.
