Flash freezer MIWE SF-V is designed to ensure the perfect quality of your products while cooling them down as quickly as possible. With a temperature range of -38°C to -20°C, its powerful refrigeration performance that ensures that the products reach a core temperature of -7°C in no time, and the high, speed-controlled fan performance of the standard evaporators, it is ideal for rapid freezing of raw, pre-proofed and baked goods.

The quality boost for your products – As it freezes powerfully, evenly and to defined temperatures, the flash freezer MIWE SF-V ensures that the product surface ices over immediately, and that the low core temperature is reached rapidly. The existing moisture remains captured in the baked goods. A pleasant side-effect: the product stays fresh longer.

Ready for the future today – Optional modern touch control system MIWE TC for simple operation and variable programming. With continuous graphical illustration of the target standard curve and the actual measured curve for easy monitoring of processes. You can even do so remotely, as MIWE SF-V is of course.

As individual as you – Like all of our refrigeration systems, the MIWE SF-V is not an off-the-rack product. It is only available as a tailor-made solution to your specific requirements. Based on your performance specifications (e.g. “12 trolleys per hour”), we design your flash freezer precisely. For 2 or more trolleys, we always build them as flow-through units. Fully automatic loading is also possible via rack trolley transport systems.

Hygienically impressive – The interior fittings and the slip-proof base pan are optionally available in easy-to-clean and hygienic stainless steel. Stainless steel versions of the standard white coated fronts are also available. The fully glued stainless steel floor with offset joints is reliable protection against moisture penetration.

Defrosting made easy – No way around it: flash freezers, or to be more precise, their evaporator fins, must be defrosted from time to time, as ice forms there. To prevent that shutting down your operations, MIWE SF-V features a special integrated defrosting heater to speed up defrosting on the one hand, while on the other, the spacing between the evaporator fins can be coordinated specifically for your products, reducing the tendency for ice to form in the first place (and thus the number of defrosting cycles required).

Optimum energy efficiency – The intrinsically universal 120 mm thick continuous insulation prevents cold bridges and loss of energy. Even more efficient is the (optional) further reinforced insulation (150 mm).
