Description

Flash freezer MIWE SF-D does not blow the cold air required for cooling into the stackable boards, rather it is sucked in through them via high-performance fans fitted at the sides. Ideal in combination with the special MIWE smartproof method for retarded proofing or long-process proofing of small wheat baked goods, where excellent product quality and simple logistics matter.

Preserves the quality of your products – With its suction cooling and the resulting particularly homogeneous air flow, flash freezer MIWE SF-D achieves exceptional evenness. Its high power ensures the required low core temperature rapidly. As the air is not blown at the products, the risk of drying out is greatly reduced. The existing moisture remains in the product. A pleasant side-effect: the product stays fresh longer.

Perfect for MIWE smartproof – The MIWE SF-D is the ideal partner for the special MIWE smartproof method. It uses the logistical and climatic advantages of special stacking boards. They not only allow you to fit twice the product capacity in the same volume, they also do not require active cooling in logistics processes, as passive cooling from the boards themselves is sufficient even for long distances.

Hygienic benefits – The MIWE SF-D’s fans incl. the air routing system can be swung away at the side, making it easy to clean. The new magnetic door closure system does not require a door handle, adding another hygienic advantage in addition to the practical benefits.

Optimum energy efficiency – On one hand, the air routing system ensures optimal air flow through the boards, while on the other, it also allows us to reduce the throughput times and thus the energy use by up to 30%. You will definitely appreciate the improvement – by the time you receive your electricity bill, if not already before then.
