Extremely versatile with the complete proofing programme – With its temperature range of -18 to +35°C and its relative humidity that can be easily controlled via a solenoid valve, the MIWE GVAS masters all the programme steps of a classic fully automatic proofer, i.e. proofing interrupter, proofing retardation and proofing. This is what makes it so thoroughly flexible, even beyond proofing control. For example, it can be used as a storage cell at night and as a proofing cabinet during the day.
Integrates perfectly into your processes – The MIWE GVAS fully automatic proofing cabinet is optionally available for 20 trays (58/78) or for 40 trays (60/40). The distance between the decks is 60 mm – just right for a nice variety of pastries. Of course, the MIWE GVAS arrives ready to plug in – so you can get to work straight away.
Practical in many details – As you would expect from a bakery appliance from a top company, all of the surfaces inside and out of the MIWE GVAS are made of hygiene-enhancing stainless steel. The door, which can be hinged on the left or right, has a full-length handle strip for secure access even in hectic times.
