RONDO Cromaster compact croissant machine:

  • Produce a wide range of curled pastries, including filled and bent products.
  • Capacity: 

o up to 3,000 unfilled croissants per hour per row

o up to 2,000 filled or bent croissants or 2,000 baguettes

o 8 row production would give capacities up to 24,000 unfilled croissants per hour

  • Weight of croissants and other curled pastries: 10-200 g
  • Stamp triangles from the dough band, fill if required, turn and curl.
  • Flexible and expandable solution 
  • As a standalone solution it is fed off a dough sheeter and a calibrator
  • You can expand it to a fully automatic production line.
  • Modern control system and an end-to-end hygiene concept
